By accessing this website or booking services with The Fizzy Foal, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us:
The Fizzy Foal is a UK-based mobile bar service providing drinks, bar equipment, and staff for private and public events.

2. Bookings & Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit of 30% has been received and written confirmation has been issued. The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, timings, and guest numbers. Any changes may affect pricing or service.
3. Payments:
Prices will be confirmed in writing prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final payment must be received by the agreed date before the event. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice given. The Fizzy Foal reserves the right to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (including extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, illness, or licensing issues). In such cases, any payments made will be refunded.
5. Alcohol Licensing & Legal Compliance
The Fizzy Foal operates in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 and all other applicable UK laws. Alcohol will not be sold or supplied to anyone under the age of 18. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and may request valid photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated, aggressive, or behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

6. Licensing Responsibility:
Depending on the nature of the event: Where alcohol is sold, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) or Premises Licence may be required. Responsibility for obtaining the appropriate licence will be clearly agreed in advance.If the client is responsible for licensing and fails to obtain it, The Fizzy Foal reserves the right to withdraw services without refund.
7. Responsible Drinking:
The Fizzy Foal promotes responsible alcohol consumption at all times.We are not responsible for the conduct of guests during or after the event.The client accepts responsibility for guests’ behaviour and any resulting damage, injury, or legal issues.
8. Venue Requirements:
The client must ensure:Safe and suitable access for our vehicle and equipment. Adequate space and facilities for service Compliance with venue rules, local authority requirements, and health & safety regulations. Any delays caused by restricted access or unsuitable conditions may reduce service time without refund.
9. Damage, Loss & Theft:
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of The Fizzy Foal’s equipment caused by guests or third parties.Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
10. Allergens & Dietary Information:
While we take reasonable care, drinks may contain allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests should notify staff of allergies before consumption.
11. Liability
The Fizzy Foal will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. Website Use
All website content is owned by The Fizzy Foal and may not be reproduced without permission.Information is provided in good faith but may be updated or changed without notice.
Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
